Kristina and Karissa Shannon (born on October 2, 1989 in Ann Arbor, Michigan) are glamour models, Playboy Playmates, and twin sisters. The Shannons appeared as Miss July and Miss August 2009 in the double “summer issue” of Playboy that incorporated July and August in a single edition. Although they shared a single centerfold, they are the only twins to be designated Playmate of the Month for two distinct months.
Playboy founder Hugh Hefner tweeted on 13 January that he has separated from his two playmates Kristina and Karissa Shannon. The reason he gave, that the Twins want to finish her studies and he wants to support them.
